Q: What are your hours of business?
A: Just about anytime you need, you call - we respond. We prefer to stick to a rough 8am-6pm schedule, but we often make exceptions.

Q: What do I do if I need a refund?
A: Give us a call or send us an email. We typically respond within 2-3 business days for refund requests.

Q: What is your physical location?
A: Well, right now we are working out of residential offices -- we are working on leasing a business space. Client’s will be emailed when such a change occurs.

Q: Do you offer programming services?
A: As of right now, we do not offer programming services.

Q: Do you pick up and/or deliver?
A: Of course! If it is easier for you to have us pick it up and return it good as new - just say the word!

Q: Are there any unlisted services that your company provides that are not listed on your website?
A: Yes, we do not list business services, project services, and certain add-on services such as delivery fee, multiple drop off attempts, and return check fees.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes. We offer a student, veteran, senior, and education facility owner discount of 10%. Please note that students and veterans will require an active ID shown at service. Education facility owners simply need to provide proof of business such as a business card or letterhead.

Q: Do you provide support for devices other than computers?
A: Yes, we offer support for tablets, smartphones, printers, and networking tools. We also support some computer peripherals depending on the device. Feel free to ask us if we support the device you are inquiring about.

Q: Do you offer extended warranties?
A: At this time, STS does not offer extended warranties, but we may some warranties through manufacturers such as Lenovo and Dell. Please contact us for more details.

Q: Do you offer remote services, either over the phone or via remote control?
A: We do not offer those services at this time, however we are currently looking into offering those services in the future.

Q: Do you have any promotions right now?
A: Matter of fact, we do! Now, unlike most companies, we’re going to make you earn your promotional discount by utilizing the word “Bazinga” in a sentence.
